Tigers are probably my favorite animals in the world, and it scares me that in my lifetime it's possible that they could become extinct. I want to help in any way I can to protect this magnificent species from unnatural selection.

they are endangered because it is a genetic defect. They cant live in the wild... breeding WHITE tigers is a HORRIBLE thing to do because it means they will never ever be able to leave the zoo. Raising awareness for other sorts of tigers is good though, but I hope they make that fact clear....

thats insane that there are only 3,500 left in the wild :( i had no idea that tigers were THAT endangered. its sad to think that a later population may not even be able to see a tiger
