@Silverchair84 It's multiple choice on the computer and you get told immediately whether you've passed.

I'm reading Meyes passport 2009 4th edition book. It's good. But can someone tell me is the test taken through a written multiple choice paper or is it done on a computer/workstation? once you pass both 220-701 and 702 do you get told you passed immediately or do you have to wait and when you get certificate?

I passed the A+ by playing with computers my whole life, basically. I studied all this technological stuff that I didn't know for the 2006 exam, and when I showed up to the 2009 exam it was mostly questions about scenarios. It asked me what would be the next best step like 60 out of those 100 questions. Basically, you need to familiarize yourself with the troubleshooting process most of all. Learn the best way to troubleshoot and deal with clients. And take the PrepLogic practice tests!
