I hope you know the most of the Country didn't even know who FDR was and he was not the President in November of 1929. He was elected in November of 1932 and became President in 1933.

This idiot also said FDR went on TV in 1929 and told the American Public everything is going to be OK. Television didn't bacome mainstream until the 1940's. In 1929 there was maybe a few hundred TV sets in the USA and they had basically no programming available. Now I think FDR was the first President to appear on TV but it was around 1939 and NOT 1929!

@hertz688 In my opinion a politician should know their history. This way while cheating their constituents they will not repeat past mistakes. Obama saying 57 states was merely a slip of the tongue, so no harm done there. This video is indicative of Biden's knowledge of history. He said several things wrong to make it be more than a slip of the tongue.
