I was at this game with my friends for my birthday. When the celtics took the lead on a late Ray Allen 3, my buddies and i all looked at each other and said the same thing: "Kobe's getting the ball, and Kobe's going to get his shot." Only a few athletes ever reach that level, when everyone in the building knows you're going to shoot it, and you bury the shot anyways. I may hate Kobe as a person (and as a Celtics fan), but goddamn he's a phenomenal basketball player.
