StarBird CGI Video: "Angelsblade"

UPDATE: 5/21/2008. I've deleted the lower resolution version of this video since this one seems to be more popular.
This is the premiere of my new StarBird 3D model, based on the original toy from Milton Bradley. Future videos will showcase the ship's capabilities and interior arrangement, but this one is all about the wonder of flight. Enjoy!

Excellent design - do you have the 3d model for sale or download? I thought it was a repainted toy comped in in some parts - was It?

Thank you! I don't currently have the 3D model available for download, but I am thinking about releasing it. When I do I will let you know. And no, there are no scenes of the actual, physical toy in the video. It's all CGI from start to finish. I'm glad you liked it. Thanks for writing!

Loving the starbird evolution. Your mesh is ace. Never had one of these when I was a kid but my 4yo has the green tank thing which we picked up from a charity shop. We did have big trak at school though. Befor it got sidelined for turtles on various 8bit acorn electrons. Top work
