I total agree with him. So many times the questions in an interview feel like the interviewer is trying to psychoanalize you, not really find out what you know. The best interviews are when you can "talk shop" so to speak and really show your knowledge and experience.

i almost memorize all the answer to the same question asked during interviews..interviewers often ask the same old question over and over again.i end up being hired by three companies all at the same time..
