Home birth of our baby girl

Our baby was born at home into the loving hands of our midwife. she came to us after 4 hours of active hard labor and 4.5 minutes of pushing and 6 days past her due date. Home birth was the right choice for us and will be the choice we make for our future children.

I'm really shocked by the comments though! People commenting about your breasts, being naked and the boy being in the room?
For one, us ladies can't give birth with trousers on you know?!
Have you ever heard of skin to skin contact with your child?
Breasts weren't put on earth to be drooled over by men, but to feed our young.
As for the boy being in the room, I suppose if I wanted my broth

Congratulations on your homebirth and beautiful family! I had a wonderful homebirth last summer with my 2nd son after having an unplanned c-section with my first. It was so much better at home! Thanks for sharing!!

yes they do save lives I never said any different. If I needed a doctor I would go to one, but in pregnancy I don't need one as well as most women. adding a doctor in most cases just causes problems. anything from induction to c section. but you are most they are not at all needed.
