Great videos. To give you an idea of what shark may taste like, just smell your piss. No kidding. Sharks have a high level of (urea) in their system. Urea is a major part which makes up urine.
Ps I have not tasted shark. But have dissected and studied sharks in an anatomy class.

@ValxBleach we eat some shark in Australia ... its generically referred to as 'flake' and it takes pretty good imo. Just like fish, but has a slightly different texture.
