@BaphometRizing666 You have to keep in mind that Jessie operates at the level of a 5 year old. He was grilled for about 12 hours total, with no parent nor lawyer present. He also passed a polygraph when he denied involvement, but the WMPD lied to him and told him that he failed it. Eventually, Jessie just gave up and told them "what they wanted to hear".

I've said it many times over the years, but give me 12 hours with a 5 year old, and I'll convince them they killed JFK.

@imaStonesFan You hope they are rehabilitated? From what? Always being innocent? The thing that I hope is that the 3 can adjust to the outside world. Things have changed exponentially in the last 18 years. There was no internet as we know it today, cell phones as we know them, etc.

@imaStonesFan Absolutely not. No court of law would be able to reasonably say that they are guilty. I never thought they would plead guilty, but it is under the Alford Plea, which states:‎"The plea means that you maintain your innocence but you believe there is a substantial likelihood that a jury will find you guilty so you are pleading guilty per State v. Alford," . That just means they acknowledge that the state has enough evidence to bring them back to trial.

@imaStonesFan I love that you continue to show how uneducated you are. They went home today ALL three. They had to plead guilty because West Memphis Arkansa was scared to death and gave them a deal to either plead guity and go home today or go through a LONG trial. You need to brush up on the news. The interview after all three men said they were innocent and will work to prove that. They are free. No need to reply to me it's over they are home and you look like a fool once again.
