Google for Left 4 Uncut. It's brilliant, it's VAC save. The only problem are the annoying adfly links, but once you clicked through, you got a beautiful uncut game.

I have a problem, in L4D2 there is NO gore (im not from Germany or Austrailia) IT SUCKS! Can someone help me?
