At college we were all given the task of creating a music video. I wanted to do something different from everyone else's, so I typically chose animation. As a result, I had to do less paperwork, but more work creating it. I started this back in December and I worked on it every day until it was done (23/1/09). I have never been this pleased with a finished Flash video.

But it wasn't enough.

Watching it again, I decided that there were a lot of changes I wanted to make, including more advanced shading, adding extra detail and changing some of the scenes. With a brand new version of Flash and an all new computer to use it on, I got to work on 20th July, and I finally got things looking as they were meant to. Then Flash decided it didn't want to export as a video file, and my SWF converter packed in. 4 hours were spent exporting as an image sequence, which was then reassembled into what you now see. And then it actually broke my computer, which was sent away for 3 weeks and I had to do the annotations on my crappy old 2005 PC.

What happened about the DRC? Didn't you say they'd be coming in Summer 2009?

Production has been very troublesome for DRC. Since I'm back at college, I've had to put it on hold, and now I'm having computer problems.

What form will they take - will they be a few long episodes or several short ones?

It'll be ten 10 minute episodes, and I don't know when the first will be done.
