the shift in our diet from fruits to a diet consisting in protein.. meat protein especially makes one angry. personallly wen i shifted from meat eating to an all fruit diet, i no longer was sad or got upset at things. I loved life and everything in it. Just pure joy and ecstasy was experienced

i too also believe that human potential has been limited by our diet and not consuming the right foods(fruits) im sure most of us will agree here that humans are frugivores. We have all the requirements and physiological traits of frugivores. Our closest cousin in species is actually the orangutan. 95% of our dna is the same. Wat im saying here is, look at the other primate species that has adapted meat eating. They are mean and crazy ha. then look at the fruit eating ones. they r loving

I'm very, very pleased to see that on Tony's website, under the 'downloads' section he gives links to dozens and dozens of peer-reviewed scientific literature supporting his thesis. There must be 60 or 70 of them.
