Looks smooth to me. The quality is a lot better than most videos out there. You should have no problems in making some good stuff.

Im not at home right now so I really cant tell ya ;P But Im pretty sure yours has better quality. You'll notice the difference in capture quality when you see my 09 video. My card was pretty cheap :(
