Verse 1

Oh i'm a bad bad man with the world in my hands,
i'm staying out late and waking up later than the world around me,
oh no they'll never find me,

And the tick-tock-ticking of the money clock,
there's gonna be no progress till the penny drops in the minds of men,
it will be dark till then,

Chorus

I don't smoke, don't drink, don't care what you think,
don't laugh, don't smile from nine to five,
in my dreams I scream at the top of my voice,
in these corridoors where I have no choice..

Verse 2

And did you find yourself when you went away?
Did you take that path that lead astray to a foreign sun?
To be forever young?

And are you satisfied in a strangers life?
in that ghostown baby you'll be someone's wife,
There's no turning back,
they won't take you back

Chorus

Verse
I don't smoke, don't drink, don't care what you think,
don't laugh, don't smile from nine to five,
in my dreams I scream at the top of my voice,
in these corridors where I have no choice..
