A very rare "King of Fighters 2003" match video from the Tougeki 2004 tournament.
This tournament is one of the few that weren't sold with the annual Tougeki DVDs and maybe never officially recorded, so I don't think this video is copyrighted.
These camera rips are the only way to see how that tournament has gone.
