Stan Webb has steered Chicken Shack through almost 40 years of rock history, being cited as a particular favourite and/or influence on the likes of Eric Clapton, John Mayall and Jon Spencer. Rip roaring rock blues from Clarke, who commutes between the West Coast of USA and UK.

Lead guitarist with Killing Floor, Salt and Daddy Longlegs, Mick is a fiery player who eschews effects and plays "straight from the wood".

Artists like The Rolling Stones, Joe Strummer, The Jon Spencer Blues Explosion, Paul Weller, Ocean Colour Scene, The Handsome Family and Squarepusher have performed here long after becoming established.

i went to this gig, i thought it was fantastic. Such a great little venue. I thought the first band that came on (Mick Clarke Band) were great as well
