  • In your video "Dual Headphones" (R-NQeGauqLc) you said "The hands free law also applies to bike riders as well." So is it a law or not?

  • @promontorium When that segment was published (2008) there was still some confusion about the hands free Law. Most law enforcement agencies believed the hands free law automatically included bicycle riders since the were covered under the California vehicle code until a judge threw out a Bicycle Hands free ticket setting a precedent, so now they want to plug the loophole. I hope this answers your question.

  • @Djrockz415 ..No, it's sad, that if I randomly grabbed 100 bicyclists from Bezerkely, 99 would identify as liberals or something left of that.

  • @216trixie

its sad that you jump to the conclusion that all bicyclist are liberals

  • they should eventially have skateboarding laws.

  • alot of idiot bikers dont ride the direction where cars are going they would go the opposite

  • Liberals don't seem to follow any rules.

  • @JacktheSmack Someone who gets hurt on their bike may result in a call to 911 and tax money will be spent helping them. It's better that they don't get hurt.

  • I admit, I ride my bike on sidewalks sometimes depending on the street. When riding on the street near parked cars, I've had doors of parked cars open right in front of me. I can ride on the sidewalk when needed without being a danger to people on foot. I never ride near building doors where people exit. Also, when riding with traffic, if it's a narrow street, I've had people drive by way to close when there is no bike lane. Sometimes riding against traffic is safer, all be it, not legal.
