how do you use this product and how do you turn it into foam.i try to use the directions in the back but i cant turn it into foam.when you do turn it into foam do you rinse it off right after your done or do you wait till the foam is gone and then rinse.please help cause idk how to use it

i have very dry skin and i used that.i used it twice a day.my skin cleared quickly but i found dry spots everywhere.i still reccomend neutragena highly.
