SWOS9697 on PS3 running E-UAE

SWOS 9697 aka Sensible World of Soocer running via E-UAE 0.8.29-WIP4, using Yellow Dog Linux (YDL) 6.1 on the Sony PS3.

Runs fullspeed with great sound and no glitcheyness. I really need it to have its own 'dedicated' core for me to be completely worry-free however!

I'm currently using a generic setup which has AGA and HardDrive support enabled (for much faster load times).

I've also got the wireless controller working great, set up with a CD32 pad layout, although no one has got the PS3 pad working as a mouse in YDL6.1 yet. The Bluetooth Keypad however is an absolute blessing.

Sadly I'm still waiting for my HDTV to arrive, so part of the screen is cut-off on the SDTV display, and the Linux X button-thingey (shelf) sits in the top left of the display. It's too useful to turn off completely.

@k6lbe I have to agree. SWOS is still my favourite game of all time. Basic gameplay, controls, sound and graphics, but the playabilty was off the chart. Give this to a kid now and he'd laugh at you, yet I know which I'd rather play between this at the latest FIFA release :)

Well done for getting this great title on your PS3. I have a Slim Line PS3 so no chance of me playing it anytime soon. Guess I'll have to just keep playing it on the PC :)
