I have a lot of respect for Maria. She skated to some really interesting music choices throughout the years. Music that really hasn't been used by any other skaters since with the exceptions of Scene D'amour, Swan Lake and Malaguenia.

Gorgeous! There's something very satisfying about a WOMAN who can land a 3/Lutz jump and pay rent. ; In contrast, Maria wasn't some brace-faced, flat-chested teenager who went home after skating and slept underneath a Ricky Martin poster at night; rather, Maria was [is] a grown-ass woman-mature, elegant and TALENTED!! :)
