Haiti has a history of disasters; political, cultural and natural.
On January 12th 2010, the country was hit by the biggest disaster of all when a 7.0 magnitude earthquake struck close to the capital, Port-Au-Prince. Almost 200,000 people lost their lives.
The world has now moved on. Other disasters have come and gone.
But in Haiti, houses have yet to be rebuilt. Corrugated roofs, tarpaulins and tent cities are still the order of the day.
In this, the poorest country in the western world, HELP is still needed!
["There's No Room For Cruelty In Haiti" is an unreleased performance, written and recorded in November 1987 following the overthrow of President Jean-Claude Duvalier ("Baby Doc").]
