Isn't there something wrong with mandatory government? Shouldn't we adher to a government because it has convinced us, not demanded us? Isn't there something dubious about 50%+1 being able to command the rest of us with how to live? Isn't there something currupt about this from top to bottom? I beseech you, study Agorism, and we may have freedom without bloodshed. The Libertarian Party has a pricipal of allowing infinite secession. We all know how the systems loaded, one person can change it.

Yea, how do they get away with Patriot Act, its violates the 5th amendment.

Patriot Act allows for anyone to be arrested and detained for long periods without the authorities having to grant the the right to a lawyer or being charged or advising you of what you are being charged. By the way heard of "rendition" (state kidnapping really) that little gem the US borrowed from the KGB. Any more questions?
