This is another one of my favorites, written and sung by David Haas. As always, it's captioned.

  • pahahahaa love that there's a huge argument about spelling on THIS video

  • @NomesyTroy Yeah, it was rather silly. Seems the comments got away from me while I was deep in school and work. Since they didn't add anything to the conversation, I deleted them. >.<

  • The description has me wondering if David Haas is signing this lovely hymn he wrote

  • @mustang071 Perhaps their tone deaf? This is one of my favorites by David. Everytime I sing along with it I tear up though, I guess the song moves me too much.

  • Very beautiful hymn. I love this video and feel blessed to have found it. Merry Christmas to all and may God bless each of us.

  • Very nice. Curious as to where that campanile is.

  • david haas is truly a gifted man. such amazing work.

  • this song always lifts my spirit. i love the BEATITUDES.. its sad everytime i ask my non catholic friends to listen to a song like this, they dont always find it so compelling, i just find that so surprising.. but God bless them all..

  • Last Sunday.. they asked my family and I to deliver the gifts (the wine and bread) at the altar.. while people were walking up to receive the host and right after I had recieved mine, I knelt on the pews and I remember asking God, in my head, .."I don't deserve you, I don't deserve to be your child...I feel like I've done some bad things in my life and I don't know why I deserve your love. 2 seconds after, the choir sung this song " Rejoice and be glad. Blessed are you, Holy are you."
