http://www.tonycress.com I heard there was a new TRX challenge, so I decided to try it. Seriously one of the most intense five minutes on the TRX. My legs were definitely wobbly after.

  • Hey tony..great job..but the mission readiness challenge actually is atomic pikes, not regular pikes.. put a towel under your chest and push up to pike. Also you forgot the hamstring curl. Frasier did the Atomic Pikes.. :) The 5 exercises in the Mission Readiness Challenge is:

    Hamstring Curl

    Low Row

    TRX Lunge on both Legs

    Atomic Pikes

  • @mcmina yeah, I didn't really have all the rules of it, so I kind of went with just what I heard off hand. I'm sure I'll try it again at some point. Also, I did do the hamstring culrs. right at the beginning.

    but yes. not the real challenge I guess.
