http://www.tonycress.com I heard there was a new TRX challenge, so I decided to try it. Seriously one of the most intense five minutes on the TRX. My legs were definitely wobbly after.
Hey tony..great job..but the mission readiness challenge actually is atomic pikes, not regular pikes.. put a towel under your chest and push up to pike. Also you forgot the hamstring curl. Frasier did the Atomic Pikes.. :) The 5 exercises in the Mission Readiness Challenge is:
@mcmina yeah, I didn't really have all the rules of it, so I kind of went with just what I heard off hand. I'm sure I'll try it again at some point. Also, I did do the hamstring culrs. right at the beginning.
