@Brianawaken that you currently find yourself in. It will probably start out slow but in time those inches will turn into full strides. You start to become a little more flexible with your beliefs and they become more elastic instead of rigid. Life is really only going to reflect back to you what you are putting out. Even once you get into the groove of this philosophy life might throw you some "blasts from the past". That's just a opportunity to show life you've really changed.
