  • He was diagnosed at 27 months old. He had an evaluation at 24 months and then a follow up at 27 months and was given the diagnoses at that time.

  • Soccer is boring, sitting in a circle is boring.

Pretending to be an Astronaut under a seat is not boring.

Touching others, hand flapping = Im bored so lets do something.

Ask him if indoor soccer and sitting on the floor in a circle is boring. He hates it and his body language is saying it. The others are compliant drones so be happy he is not.

He wants stimulation from interesting activites but he doesnt get any.

  • @JuPp3 I'm sorry if I offended you but honestly how can you tell me how to feel? BEFORE when I thought of autism I though,t what I'm sure, the majority of people think. Now that I have my beautiful little boy I see everything differntly. My other son has cerebral palsy and "my heart dropped" when I heard that too but it doesn't make me look at him like he is broken. I am offended you are insinuating that I look at my son as a disease! He is beautiful and I love him with or without autism!

  • @KJP412 I'm sick of people saying "my heart dropped after I heard autism".

    It's not a disease!

Autism is a blessing! I'm proud of having PDD-NOS and ADD. And if a doctor would say he could cure me, I'd say he could go cure himself. Honestly, I'm aware of the challenges that come with it... But isn't life supposed to be a challenge on it's own?

  • @krystle1506 Hey missus, most autistic kids are fine.

Why worry, over-worying parents usually make it worse. ;)

  • such a handsome little man, also the mom of a autistic boy "same name too" Tyler ! we found out a week ago hes now 21 months although they never told us high or low functioning we things its high because he can do a lot of things like legos he loves lego! wheels he gets down on the floor to watch the wheels on his toys there is 2 things we are really worried about and thats speech and the fact he does things to hurt himself but doesnt respond to the pain like most children do

  • Gorgeous child!

  • swine!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Gyms are a really bad place for people with sensory problems. I can remember walking into a gym and feeling funny but I didn't know why. I just knew that everything shined so brightly and noises sounded differently.

  • You're son is so beautiful. I'm so glad you posted this video. My son was diagnosed with PDDNOS and of course my heart dropped when I heard autism. Thanks again for posting...also what is the name of the first song you put in the video? Thnx!!
