I do wish Most Filipinos will start prioritizing these parts of the Philippines more than the clean urban areas. INo matter how much you brag about our nice tourist spots there's always going to be these types of areas. It's disheartening for me as a Filipino to see this, we should all be obligated as a Filipino to help them. Face it people. There's nothing to be proud about.
