what do u think about the Atkins Shakes?Im always on the go and dont have time for eating breakfast,do u think they r a good meal replacement

The shakes are a hit or miss type deal. They stall some folks and others can use them and still lose the weight. Personally, I dont recommend using them until youre close to your weight loss goal; thats when I started using them. Make your meals ahead of time so that you can simply grab and go. Thats what I do and it really does work. I do drink the shakes and I eat the bars when I am having a serious sweet craving that I cannot kick.

Hey, Dymplz! Glad ur back, girl. I love atkins but im runnin out of recipes and gettin' tired of it. I'm going to try the zucchini. Thanks. You look great. BTW do squats make your butt bigger? I heard it does.

if you're bored with your recipes then 911!! you need to get some new ones fast because weight loss is more about eating than anything else. Exercise just supports the diet. I can't say that I've ever heard that squats make your butt bigger. I have heard folks and see my own butt get higher. A nice sexy, lifted, tight boo-tay is pretty fabulous.
