I always go to the back of west ladder.. Some people never look back..

You forgot quite a few spots... the one i use most is the metal beam directly to the right of the ladder (after going up stairs) if you lay down and back up as far or nearly as far as u can, it guards you from both jumping and regular nades. also you do not get shot as often because people do not expect you to be there then you just stand up and shoot them comming up ladder and watch the bitching of "WTF YOU WERE BLIND"
