She looks awkward, the proportions are wrong. Her face is still large while her body and chest are smaller. It looks like a 14 year old girls version of what would be hot, the hair and the lashes are all wrong for this woman's face. You somewhat turned a traffic jam into a 10 car pile-up. There are tutorials to help you on youtube.
