Budapest-born (1930) Holocaust Survivor Peter Fischl reads the poem he uses to educate young people about the horrors of the Holocaust and the price that is paid for intolerance and Man's inhumanity toward others.
A beautiful tribute. This poem brought tears to my eyes because Peter Fischl lived through exactly what he writes about.
To us the living lies the burden of keeping alive and bright the memory of those absolutely innocent people who paid for the most evil regime that Hitler imposed upon the world.
Nice he came to my school

I get to listen to him tomorrow at my school. If I'm lucky, he'll pick me to ask him a question.
