@brucas223 You have to see the whole episode to get it. The point is that Amanda, the girl Chuck payed, made her Serena very jealous after she broke up with Dan. In the previous scene she kinda snaps at the minions, telling them that "everything must go through her from now on". And they all obeyed. So here she is acting like the new Queen Bee of Constance.
