  • OK.

  • Paciente hipotenso con taquicardia y con lesión por infarto agudo al miocardio y un ritmo agonal.

  • Did you have surgery?

  • some times I poop

  • hypotension, tachycard, overhydration (high CVP and CVP>Pmean more than 10!!!), febrish and tachypnoe = SIRS or SEPSIS (septic shock maybe). little catecholamin and dobutamin.

  • SP02 WAVEFORM IS WEIRD patient's in sinus tach with pacemaker spikes BP is 56/39 VERY low!. worrying about hypotension

  • So the HR is 110, with the pacemaker undersensing and firing during the T wave, and during some QRS complexes. Lets get some R on T phenom!... The BP is 50's over 30's, and the PA pressures look to be either extremely low, or the tip is not in PA. However, I would guess that the tip is in PA, due to a somewhat legitimate looking CVP tracing (some what). This patient is circling the drain! Crank up that levemdead..errr levophed, and fix that pacemaker sensitivity!

  • Woh, looks to me like pacemaker spikes on some of them there's st elevation a very peculiar rythym..........

  • I think that a-line is a bit dampened....might need to dorsiflex that wrist a bit, the waveform is pretty bad. If that's real, then you got yourself a nice case of shock...break out the dobutamine and levophed!

  • looks like pacemaker spikes to me
