Azeris are assimilated iranians, a look at their eyes is enough to understand that they aren't turkic people. Shouldn't count them as turks.

@Jawazable Iranians; 70% Persian and Persian variations, near 30% Azari and Turks, less than 0.5 % arabs! Their official language is Persian or Parsi (which Arabs call it Farsi because they don't have the p in their alphabet)

actually most of Iranian don't like Arabs! (as they had a long lasting wars in history, the last example of which was Iran-Iraq war back in 1980s)
