The very ending, where it faded out, actually made my eyes tear up.
This song is wrought with so much emotion that it's not even funny. Long live screeching guitars, earth-shattering drums, world-shaking bass, and the divine, harmonic screams of men like Johnny Gioeli.

@FancypantsPro Hip-hop, R&B, etc... cough cough ;D It's ok I've learned that the rust will return to the bowels of the earth only to be unearthed and brought to a righteous gleam.

yes, metal will never become as popular as it once was, at least not in the next 50 years. Why? Corrupt record companies.

@jbetenbender At least metal songs are based upon real music, and not just shitloads of autotune and overlay tracks, that are made famous only beacause the record company pays thousands of radio channels to play it. No, metal is real music, where the artist expresses their emotions. Not just repeats the same 10 words 400 times.

Mahtava yritys, mutta yhteuíslaulu vaatii paljon. Perseelleen meni.

I think all this popularity stuff is crazy... When a rock or metal band become crazy popular in mainstream music they are dubbed as shit.... Rock and metal will never 'Rise' again if you keep bashing bands like nickelback and push these 'Artists' who just scream and make noise. :)
@jbetenbender
only if you let it happen... For me Metal will never die, even if i am the last one who listens to this. Metal = Good, Powerful, Meaningful songs and songs which aren´t cut for the radio (3-4 mins). Metal will never die. Don´t loose your trust in it! This Album is from 2010(Blind Guardian too) so it shows us there is still Metal going on, it´s just not as popular as it was some years ago. Maybe it will rise again!
