To my fellow Christians, I urge you not to assume all atheists share these views or that atheism necessarily causes racism.

Even if as an atheist you no longer believe humans are equal in the sense they are created in the image of God, or have lost the theistic explanations for why humans are objectively valuable, that does not imply that humans are no longer inherently valuable. It is not important to be able to explain why inherent value exists in order to realize that it does exist (especially if it is self-evident) and nothing about arguing different races have different attributes actually supports the notion that one race is objectively better than another.

Even if you do find yourself in the atheistic camp, I encourage you not to follow along with these individual's faulty line of reasoning. It would merely reinforce negative stereotypes.

Many Atheists have also taken a stand against arguments made by people like heyruka. Check out Zaunstar, zomgitscriss, evogenvideos, and theskepticalheretic.

The relevant quote from the declaration of Independence:
"We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal..."
This video is meant to clarify what is meant by "equality" and argue that even "IF" differences between races exist, that does not support the conclusion that racial hierarchies also exist or that equality is a fairytale.

  • there's no proof for god

I'm systemically discussing the evidence and reasons why I believe in God, you should join the discussion.

  • Well said, sir! You made some valid points.

    Thanks

I have not marked anything as spam, and everytime I see something marked as spam which Is not I unspam it. If i wanted to censor anyone, as the author of this channel I can remove a comment completely rather than just mark it as spam, or I could even block individuals entirely. Even though I find your position to be incredibly ignorant, I choose to do neither. Letting you speak openly and freely does nothing except expose how ignorant your position is, so by all means keep talking

  • @AlexanderDina I can't even fathom the kind of cognitive dissonance required to make such a blatant blunder of logic as to compare what is going on in Tibet to... I don't even know exactly what you're comparing it to, but from the things you say, I'm assuming you refer to either Muslim immigrants in Europe/Canada/The U.S. or something of a similar nature.

I suppose you can pat yourself on the back for finding an argument that is so poor I find it offensive for its content AND its irrationality

  • I don't believe in atheists.

  • @alexfurniss The bible also says the earth was made before the stars. The creation account of the bible is not accurate. Fact.

  • @BassP86 god said 'let there be light' but it was the big bang creating light energy from the point and the people that wrote the bible would have no idea it's just made up stuff.

I'm not familiar a whole lot with the Qur'an.

I would obviously accept his existence because there's proof and I wouldn't follow him because the bible shows signs of: homophobia, it has contradictions, misogynistic, it creates sexual misery.

Btw, you still haven't answer my question: If (hypothetically speaking) you were shown all the evidences that gave you 100% satisfaction that God DOES exist, would you accept His existence? Secondly, if you accepted His existence, would you choose to follow Him?

  • @alexfurniss

You do know the Bible makes no such claims explicitly, nor does the Koran, right? Some ancient Jewish traditions translate the book of Genesis to mean "day-age", not days by means of 24 hours. Secondly, the Bible is not designed to tell HOW God made the universe. The point is is that He MADE it.

To say the Big Bang disproves "all those gods" is VERY vague. How do you KNOW it disproves EVERY deity?

  • @BassP86 because in Christianity, it states that he made the earth and then made light or whatever order it is but the most logical answer is that the big bang started the universe and the bible doesn't mention anything about god creating the big bang it states other ways which are idiotic. I know you might not be a member of a particular religion but I'm saying that the big bang disproves Christianity, Islam and all those gods

  • @alexfurniss

I'm very familiar with the Big Bang, bro. I'm a science major. How does the Big Bang show that there is no proof for God?

  • @BassP8

because the big bang states it started in one specific point full of energy, then it exploded and formed all the matter today, it's not a complete guess because there is evidence to support it for example: redshift, redshift is when the wavelength is long (microwave) and it indicates things are moving away from us because it's red shifted. This means the universe is expanding because it's red shifted this then means if you reverse it, it goes to one point. Also CMBR is the heat left over

  • @alexfurniss

Are you saying the Big Bang disproves God?

"Give me me one piece of evidence that proves his existence" - Let's say I were to sit down with you and answer EVERY question of yours to YOUR complete satisfaction. If that were to happen and you were given evidence that proved beyond a shadow of a doubt to YOUR complete satisfaction that God existed, would accept His existence as a true? Furthermore, if you accepted His existence as true, would you choose to follow Him?
