Which brand will really clean up its act by 2010?

*The European Commision has set up a goal to have cars that emit an average of 120 grams of CO2 per kilometer by 2010. However, the road to 120 is a tough one and the governments are still debating on how new low-CO2 legislation should be organized. While the French automakers of compact cars are pretty cool on the subject, as they already have quite a few low-CO2 vehicles, Germany automakers, many producing large-size vehicles, are taking the issue more seriously.
