Saw a very traditional looking Londoner fishing into the River Thames from the Bank outside Royal Festival Hall. Not too far from Waterloo Station. It is a very unusual sight so I thought I'd share this moment with everyone on You Tube. Apparently there are 115 species of fish in the Thames. In England you need a Rod Licence to go fishing anywhere. The most expensive Licence is £72 issued by the Environment Agency. The cheapest is a day licence which costs £3.75. There are still soem shops in London selling Eels from the Thames.
