  • @Oreon207 It's actually very common in California. Most restaurants charge what is called a "corkage fee" that ranges from $10 - $25 (or more) per bottle that you bring. Different states across the US have different rules or laws about bringing your own wine.

  • Interesting, but it would look rather tacky someone walking in a restaurant with their own wine or champagne/
