it could be either 205 or 215 because theres some bars that weigh either 45 or 55 lbs
-
can u see the 5's on the end moron
-
that would be 205, Bar is 45lbs, 1 45 on each side+ the bar makes it 135 then 1 35 on each side makes it 135 + 70= 205. So its 205

lol yea i was doing that today...and that is 205
-
haha no man u were right the first time it is 205.
-
nvm did the math kinda wrong its 215 :D good lift...bad forum but i guess we all have different styles.
-
if thats a 45 and a 35 on each side then its 205 not 215
-
Congrats on the lift. Don't listen to people who will put you down, just do your best.

First off that looked easy and i bet the guy could do more. Secondly even if u kids think u can bench more it doesnt mean u can. Theres a big difference between somehow getting the weight to your chest and up again with "spotters" assisting you, and benching a weight in a comp.
yeah it's 215, the clip didn't transfer that good from the camera to the computer. as for the form, it's a personal preference.

The form used here is the one used for powerlifting. The arch lessens the stroke and keeps your back tight. By placing your feet as far back as you can allows you to drive with your legs while keeping your ass on the bench. This form allows you to use your whole body when lifting. And now you know, and knowings half the battle.
