Disney Classics are the best movies of all time. The movies for kids nowadays don't compare to this pot of gold.

I was nerdy enough when I was a kid, that I actually recorded the whole movie onto my audio tape and listened to it all the way to my uncle's house in AZ and back! =P

No, the kid and condor sequence is from "In Search of the Castaways" by same director as "Island", Robert Stevenson. The movie was an adaptation of Jules Verne's novel "Les Enfants du Capitaine Grant".

i only just found out what this film was called...... spent a few minutes trying to find it on google..... this reminds me of childhood!

Awesome clip! When I watched that movie a hundret times when I was a kid, the scene that stuck most in my memory was the vulcano one; they were escaping the lava... I have to find that movie somewhere! :)

This was definitely one of my favorite childhood movies as well. A real classic.
