The NO FRILL BAR and GRILL on Laskin Road in Virginia Beach currently looks like a silver Diner, completely clad with mirror-like shiny metal panels. The owner wants to transform the appearance of the existing restaurant to look like the casual lunch and dinner establishment that local customers know it to be. Otherwise, vacationers and the passersby unfamiliar with the dining experience available and its reputation will stop by for breakfast fare that is not available.
