Vegetarian in India

How to skin a chicken in an Indian market. I love the way you go to the market, pick out the chicken, that is still alive, that you want to eat, then watch the guy cut it for you. Yikes! I had a roommate once who was a vegetarian because he didn't want to personally kill any animal.
