@tboy221 No..that's the Army Combat Uniform. If you look closely at the uniform, you will see that there is a velcro spot on his chest where his rank should be. The Army ranks on this uniform are at the chest. The Air Force ranks are on the shoulder. And those aren't tiger stripes. I would know because I have the ACU's.

I'm not expert, but doesn't the Marine Corps use MARPAT and not ACU? If he was claiming to be a Marine, he sure didn't do a good job (not encouraging people to lie).

Seven months ago i saw a panhandler near my home in ft lauderdale wearing acu's and a 7th Cav patch on his shoulder. Since i was at the light anyway, and my father was once 7th cav, i rolled down the window and said "7th Cav?" I got a "huh?" as a response. I said it again louder and recieved a "What?" My response was,"get the f*** out of here you f***ing fake." I called the authourities and was more than happy to identify him from a lineup that afternoon at the station.
