In the u.s or in u.k there is no such thing as perfect grammar, the only thing that matter is that the client understands what you talking about, and what you are trying to say, ONLY Filipinos are that into grammar thing/issue, without even thinking that,, "did the client understand what am i trying to say here?" sometimes they tend forget the essence of being a CSR..
