Taking off the very well stuck on whitestrips. More challenging than I thought. So far so good in the test of these new strips

do you have to pull them off or peal them off?

@minivana They peel off your teeth. They are super thin and flexible plastic. Kind of like really thick saran wrap. They stick really well! :)

@NeyyPie they have such a good seal, there isn't any goop that comes out. The little that might, yes it is safe to swallow. You can drink a glass of water with these things on! :)

i just got the sample and it was really hard to take it off. but it works

@paoelumba Yes! They were really hard at first but now I've gotten the hang of it. Just sort of scratch at the corner, get a bit of a tab going and they pull right off when pulled to the side, all the way across your teeth. :D

can you swallow your saliva with the classic ones?

I've seen them in stores for as low as $30!! Look for online coupons and deals at places like Target or something

brush your teeth in the morning and then about an hour later you can put them on. Crest actually says not to brush before at all and how they will work on dirty teeth just fine. If you brush first it might have the chance of irritating your gums I'd think. I don't brush after because after whitening (the old school way I heard it softens your enamel for a while) so I just don't as a rule for myself. Im gonna do more starting tomorrow and will let you know.
