Key part~ 3:04 Tifa being carried to safety by Zangan (her martial arts instructor) has only ever been shown in Last Order.

Q. Why are they different?
A. Last Order is considered to be an alternate version of events, even though technically it was released before Crisis Core, and so it's not officially part of the compilation; although it is still mentioned in official installments in official guidebooks and Ultimanias.

@subject18blueknight What? You seriously misunderstood AC if that's what you think was going on. Cloud merely felt massive guilt over her both her death and Zack's. He felt responsible for them, being the only person that MIGHT have been able to stop it. His avoidance of fighting and self exile was down to the fear of failing to protect the ones he loves again, anyone, his friends, Tifa, Denzel, etc. It had nothing to do with loving Aerith at all.

Its all hojo's fault.... For everything....

I wish cloud was still his upbeat self in FFVII the original but instead depressed and cold. Cloud did love tifa at some point, but when Zacks emotions for Aerith were implemented through Cloud he gain more affection toward Aerith and thats why he could never let her go in AC.
