西安音樂學院大三學生藥家鑫涉開車撞人後又故意殺人案，昨日由西安市中級人民法院作出一審判決，以故意殺人罪判處其死刑，剝奪政治權利終身，並處民事賠償 45,498.5 元人民幣。

@gundamnduke0 Why should I go to the Middle East? I don't get it. Do you live in the Middle East? I understand you're trying to be a good guy. okay. You're trying to solve world hunger or something. That's great. Unfortunately, the world is very evil. The point of punishment is not to "solve" anything. The point is to punish. There's no "solution" to humanity's crimes. No matter small to great punishment, human beings will still do crime. But justice can be served.

@gundamnduke0 There will always be judges. You are judging now, in fact. Your judgement is that murderer shouldn't get death like the victim. I'm judging that they should get death. And when there are judgments always, they should be as fair as possible. And life for a life is fair. You don't want unfair judgment. Limb for limb doesn't solve anything? What do you mean by "solve". Limb for limb is justice, and toward that end, it is just.

@GooseHinson actually, there will always be unfair judgements. the people who judge are only humans like the criminals, do u think we can judge fairly? but limb for limb just doesnt solve anything. hav the guy giv the victim's faimiliy monthly payment until he cant work or died or sumthing, that at least does sumthing good.
