@sonia26625 Brazil might be the number one in plastic surgery but not for it's own people. I'm brazilian, I live in São Paulo and I can tell you that when it comes to surgery it is only a reality for really wealthy people, which is like less than 10% of the people, the rest of the customers comes from outside of the country, most from USA. So when @sonia26625 says people here are not fake and beautiful people she's absolutely right ... that's why Gisele is SO HOT because she is real.
