  • Well I mean what do you expect him to do? Burst into tears sobbing uncontrollably? He is incredibly brave and very well spoken. Don't judge his good composure as "disturbing" just because you don't understand it.

  • What a well-mannered man Luke is.

America has lost its political journalist. RIP Tim.

  • luke russert is an nbc news anchor

  • Dude, my mother passed away a little less than a month ago, and I can tell you for certain that you really don't know how you will react until it happens to you. At my mother's funeral, IK was one of the few people not crying there...it's hard to explain. It's an extremely empty feeling, like a mixture of shock and surrealism. Like you are in some bad dream. It's not always tears, at least immediately.

  • With all due respect to Tim Russert, there was a HUGE amount of overkill and hype in regards to tributes and memorializing him, with NBC obviously the primary contributor to that. In my opinion it became a bit unseemly if not slightly obscene.

  • I'm sorry, but Luke was way to calm about this..like nothing happened..GEESH..

  • 607yt....my favorite quote too.

  • So true, but people are forgetting that it's also discipline that produces well rounded children. Otherwise you end up w/ Paris Hilton.

My favorite Tim Russert quote (from his Charlie Rose interview), "The challenge to our generation is how to convince our kids that they are always loved, but they are never ever entitled. They have to earn their way; the world doesnt owe them a favor.

  • luke is adorable.
